Tach Luxure Home does. We are the manufacturer, not a retailer or an importer, and this piece is built to order in our own atelier at 95 Albertina Sisulu Road, Industria, Johannesburg. Nothing on this page is bought in from a supplier and resold under our name. The people who make it are our own craftsmen.

How long before I receive it?

Every piece is made to order, so it is built once you have ordered rather than pulled off a shelf. That means there is no same-day or next-day option. Your lead time depends on the size, the finish and where you fall in the production and delivery schedule, and we confirm it with you when the order is placed rather than guessing upfront.

Do you deliver to my area?

Delivery is free anywhere in Gauteng, including Sandton, Bryanston, Fourways, Midrand and Pretoria, and it is white-glove throughout. We also run bi-monthly white-glove routes to Cape Town and Durban, so coastal orders are timed to the next available run. Deliveries elsewhere in South Africa are arranged nationwide on request. What does white-glove delivery actually mean?

It means we do the whole job rather than leaving a box at the gate. We transport the piece, carry it into your home, take it through to the room you want it in, assemble it, position it exactly where it should stand, and then collect all the packaging and take it away with us. You are not left with anything to unpack or dispose of.

Can I pay it off over time?

Yes. Interest-free instalments are available through PayJustNow, PayFlex, Float and PayFast, so the amount can be spread over several months with no interest added. Pricing and payment are in South African Rand only. You choose the option you prefer at checkout and the plan is set up there, subject to that provider approving your application.

What sizes do the pillows come in, and how do I care for them?

They are available in Standard and Continental. Both are made with a hypoallergenic down alternative and plush microfibre, which suits sleepers who react to feather filling, and both are machine washable. Wash them on a gentle cycle and let them dry right through before putting them back on the bed, so that no moisture stays trapped inside the filling.
