Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Packaging: Must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Final Sale Items: Marked “final sale” or “clearance” are ineligible.
Assembled Furniture: Once assembled or altered, items cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

Provide order number, item details, and reason.Authorization: A return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions will be issued.
Packaging: Include the RAN in the securely packaged return.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Use a trackable method.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: Check your item upon delivery.
Action: Contact us immediately with images if the item is damaged or defective.
Resolution: We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: 3–5 business days after item inspection.
Refund Method: Same as original payment method.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to non-defective items.
6. Exchanges
